How To Use?

• Recommendations for optimal results and use-
• Take Whey Protein up to 1 hour post workout mixed with water, blended with almond milk and your favorite fruits or add to any baked good (ie - muffins , pancakes or oatmeal) as an added protein boost and to encourage muscle re-synthesis
